August 2022: Top Rating for HGA in Region IV

Congratulations to all HGA staff for achieving the top rating along with Friendswood ISD (both traditional district and charter) in the Region IV area with an overall grade and score of A/97. In the entire state we ranked #12 (Texas charter schools). Our top competitors YES Prep and KIPP both achieved a "B".

The 2022 Niche Standout  Schools list recognizes public schools that are making a difference in their community. The ranking is based on rigorous analysis of key statistics and using data from the U.S. Department of Education. Ranking factors include school diversity and state test scores for economically disadvantaged students.
