Good morning scholars and parents, this is the dance video for the week of May 4- May 8th. It can be completed by Friday. Kickboxing workout

This is the exercise for April 27- May 1st that the scholars must complete by this upcoming Friday. Please do continue to send me through text messages or email pictures or videos showing me that the scholars are being active at home. Have an awesome week!

Ancillary workout for April 20- April 25th

This video is to be completed by the scholars during this week. Pictures or videos are to be sent to me once it is completed so I can input a grade for the students this week. The reason for this video is to help the scholars build their stamina while continuing to be at home. They can do this activity with their siblings and even have other family members join in.
