Houston Gateway Academy is governed by a Board of Trustees. The members bring wealth and wisdom to the organization. In addition, the Board strongly supports the school's mission to create a new generation of high-performance public education that will enable all children...regardless of socio-economic background, to reach their height of academic achievement. These individuals are dedicated to the mission of the school, love children, and work very closely with the superintendent. They believe that while some students' socio-economic background may set a high hurdle, it is by no means their destiny.
